Nostradamus Systems Ltd will supply The Trialist with a password to access the Internetsite, allowing TheTrialist to view those instruments usinga singlebrowser on a single PC. 3. The Trialist herebyconfirms that this access codes will not be divulged to any other party. NostradamusSystems Ltd reserves the right to exclude any Trialist who so divulges these codes. In addition Nostradamus may take action to recoverlost revenue from the Trialist. 4. The information and data contained within the Nostradamus service is the property of Nostradamus Systems Ltd. The Trialistwarrants that no information or data contained within the Nostradamus service will be re-distributed or divulged by the Trialist to anyother party in any form whatsoever.Nostradamus Systems Ltd will terminate access to the system of any Trialist who breaks this clause. In addition Nostradamus will vigorously pursue compensation and damage claims for such breaches 5.
